LocationFPI Hotels selected the beautiful Borisova Gradina park to locate its third hotel in Sofia. The complex, which was opened in May 2005, was build on an area of 6776 sq. meters in the luxury district of Lozenetz. The complex is located in the immediate vinicity of the Sofia Land ammusement park, amid newly built office buildings. Near the hotel are also the Maleevi tennis club and th first Japanese clinic in Europe. The distance between Greenvilla and Sofia Airport is five km and the city centre is only three km awway.

The cluster of three individual buildings with combined a total of 113 rooms, suites and apartments combine a multitude atmosphere. 53 stylishly furnished rooms and 24 suites in the central hotel building are at the disposal of guests. Each room has individual air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar, safe box, electronic locking system, high speed Internet connection, a direct telephone line, a luxury bathroom with a bath and hairdryer, hypoallergic linen.
